Not really weird at all. Depp and Burton have teamed up on at least six other movies. Sleepy Hollow, Sweeny Todd, Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, Ed Wood, and Edward Scissorhands

Am I the only one who is a little surprised that this seems like a comedy? I sort of pictured it like mystery-ish-not-quite-horror kind of thing. I’ll still go see it. I love the cast. With all the pictures released I pictured it darker. Now it’s gone all flashy flashy.
I can’t wait to watch it. Wow, we have an another Tim Burton classic.
